Nature Immersion Workshop @ Chaetura Canyon
Nature Nerds of Austin Traverse the trails across the 12 acres of Chaetura Canyon Wildlife Preserve in this 2 hour workshop to explore the science behind why our nervous system is so intricately tied to nature and how it helps with emotional balance and flexible thinking. This will be a hike at a leisurely pace with pauses for discussion and exploration, and to take in the sights and sounds of the canyon.
